Kambiz Razmara has been providing best-practice commercial and legal services for over 20 years. As a pioneering legal advisor driven to make a difference, his experience in commercial law spans across multiple continents and industries. His legal accolades have been complemented by his earlier engineering career where he cultivated a holistic and empathetic understanding of end-to-end business and project operations primarily in the engineering and manufacturing industries.
As someone who’s been heavily involved in local and multinational legal advice, he has a depth of experience in managing local and multi-jurisdictional legal requirements, advantageously using his legal and commercial expertise and networks.

John Pavlidis has practised as a principal of a law firm for over 40 years. During that time, he has dealt with wide-ranging legal work for many and varied clients, from individuals to trusts and corporate structures, and businesses of every kind. John is now principal consultant with York & York Legal, and he is available to consult with and provide advice to our clients.

Anna DiGiovine
Conveyancing Manager
Anna DiGiovine has over 30 years of experience as a legal clerk working under multiple principal lawyers. Her years of experience render her well-versed in assisting in commercial law matters.

Ying Zeng
Bookkeeper
Ying Zeng completed her bachelor’s degree in China, thereafter she worked in the university sector. In 2002, she came to Australia and completed a Master of Computer Science at the University of Wollongong and then a Certificate IV in accounting. Ying is York & York Legal’s bookkeeper.
Additionally, Ying speaks Mandarin.
